Job description: | Job description Our customer is a high scaling startup located in several European countries. Currently, it is expanding to new markets and looking for new team members to help them to support their customers and achieve business goals.
Your job will be to provide technical support via inbound and outbound calls to English speaking countries. You will identify the client's problem and lead him to the solution, which will ensure that customer's issue is handled in a professional and timely manner.
You will work in a global team, where your workweek will consist of 34 hours per week. The shifts will be the following:
Monday – Friday: [5pm – 1am] Saturday – Sunday: [11am – 6pm]; [6pm – 1am] (two different shifts on weekends)

Requirements for employee: | • Very organized and great at working independently; • Strong administrative skills; • Great interpersonal skills; • Ability to work late night shifts and weekends; • Have excellent English skills (both verbal and written). |
