| Job description: | Job description - Managing and planning all daily production processes on the construction site; - Taking resposibility for supervising of staff, work environment issues, quality assurance and preparational works on site; - Co-operation with subcontractors and site workers. |
| Requirements for employee: | Requirements - At least 3 years of vacational education in construction sector; Experience in the larger new construction projects would be an advantage; - Professional English and willingness to learn Swedish; - Strong leadership qualities; - Professional behaviour and good communication & collaboration skills; - Focusing on work and production quality; - Ability to work with people of different cultures; - Flexibility and ability to work in the stressful situations as well as meet dead-lines. |
