We are looking for Regional Manager in Lithuania!

Responsibilities:
  • Creating, developing and representing Software Development Academy in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
  • Managing operations, growing the business and increasing profitability.
  • Agreeing annual sales budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
  • Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
  • Recruiting and managing staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
  • Recognition and analysis of new market opportunities.
  • Making decisions essential to grow the company
  • Contact with Clients and representing SDA in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui:Requirements:
  • Min. 5 years of general management experience in Lithuanian working environment, preferably in IT/ BPO/SSC/startup tech or tech sector.
  • Experience in growing the business from scratch.
  • A proven track record demonstrating leadership and team-management skills.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, financial and strategy planning is essential.
  • Great analytics and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and very high level of responsibility.
  • Knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and PR would be appreciated.
  • Very good command of English is required.
