Darbo pobūdis:As the possibilities for our DisplayLink technology and products continue to expand rapidly (for example in the VR/AR world) we require an additional Electronics Technician to assist in the development, prototyping and support of hardware systems and equipment in a team using industry best practices.

You’ll need to enjoy modifying and maintaining circuits as needed to support the hardware, software and IC teams in addition to designing and building small test circuits in line with project requirements.

A taste of the other tasks include:

• Investigating faults and diagnosing component, assembly or design problems.

• Ensuring that all components are sourced and available for small production runs, by maintaining regular contact with suppliers, and negotiating and sourcing alternative components as required.

• Actively identify areas for improvement in circuit design to reduce support requirements.

• Performing manual and automated testing of circuits and drafting clear and concise test reports.

• Maintaining test equipment and performing general laboratory maintenance duties, taking ownership of associated maintenance logs, Schedule calibrations and inspections.

• Contribute to high quality engineering methodology (including ISO 9001 processes) by knowledge sharing and encouraging best practice.

• Assist in the analysis, definition and time estimates of projects by contributing in discussions and exploring potential alternative solutions.

• Use a methodical engineering approach to the analysis and diagnosis of technical issues or defects.
